The Michael Gaich Company completed the Build to Suit requirements of relocating an existing Publix to a new site on Merritt Island
in September of 2003. This development required the realignment of waterway, major boulevard and the signalization of the intersection
on State Road #3. The environmental requirements, included relocation of gopher turtles and wetland protection. A landscape buffer
was created. In addition the Brevard County landscaping requirement a wide landscape buffer was created between the adjacent residential
subdivision.

The Michael Gaich Company completed a build-to-suit for Winn-Dixie, which was delivered on-schedule and within budget. More importantly,
5 years from opening, Winn-Dixie elected to expand this store from 44,000 SF to over 60,000 SF using the Michael Gaich Company to facilitate
this redevelopment.
